Dad’s Gotukola Sambol
Gotukola aka Pennywort
The lovely thing about living in multicultural Melbourne, besides the Asian fruit and veg shop in DandenongPlaza, is that we can have 'Gotukola' growing alongside European herbs in our home gardens. My sister recently was given a carrier bagful of 'Gotukola' by a friend and my Dad did a great job making this iconic sambol.
